About ZoomInfo

Use ZoomInfo’s own wordmark as the default identity. Use the standalone mark where a compact brand signature is needed; keep it distinct from product-interface icons and third-party marks. Preserve the mark’s original proportions and artwork.
ZoomInfo’s visual materials also include these branded backdrops. Use them as background artwork rather than as logo variants.

ZoomInfo’s voice
Write with confident clarity, forward motion, and an emphasis on practical outcomes. Address the work GTM teams need to do—identify buyers, act on signals, coordinate teams, and grow pipeline. Keep claims concrete and tie benefits to data, workflow, or measurable business results.
ZoomInfo’s copy is direct, conversational, and energetic. It uses short, decisive statements alongside specific explanations of how the platform works. Use action-oriented language, but keep the promise grounded in the described capabilities.
- “The best GTM data. Orchestrated anywhere. Paid for once”
- “Describe the play. Agents find the audience and write the opener that actually lands”
- “Always learning, never generically sending”
- “One GTM canvas that turns signals into actions”
Dos and don’ts
Do
- Use ZoomInfo’s red as the signature accent, supported by its dark tones and light backgrounds.
- Set headings and body copy in Figtree, reserving heavier weights for clear emphasis and buttons.
- Describe the brand as an all-in-one AI GTM platform, and connect data, signals, and orchestration to useful GTM outcomes.
- Write directly and energetically; make the next action or business benefit easy to understand.
- Use current product names, including GTM Workspace and GTM Studio.
Don’t
- Don’t substitute partner, customer, or third-party marks for ZoomInfo’s own identity.
- Don’t treat product-interface icons or backdrops as logo variants.
- Don’t describe ZoomInfo as only a contact database or data provider; position it as an all-in-one AI GTM platform.
- Don’t use “ZoomInfo Copilot” as the name of a current standalone product.
- Don’t rely on vague hype where a specific capability or outcome can make the message credible.
ZoomInfo imagery
95 images from zoominfo.com, in 3 files of the Brand Skill. Each file starts with its guidance, then shows the images it refers to.
Marketing imagery
14 imagesUse these source-brand marketing images as visual reference for page headers, promotional compositions, and campaign storytelling. Preserve the imagery as supplied; the surrounding copy and page context define its use.
ZoomInfo’s marketing pages use simple, prominent visuals to make data coverage, buyer signals, automation, and pipeline outcomes tangible. Keep product and brand artwork central; use the accompanying customer or partner material only when the specific project calls for it.
Brand photography
11 imagesFor people and place imagery, keep the context tied to ZoomInfo: its teams, leadership, and workplaces. Use these photographs as references for company culture and business settings; retain the subject’s context and avoid presenting a customer’s identity or endorsement as ZoomInfo’s own.
Product and interface imagery
70 imagesPreserve screenshots and interface imagery of ZoomInfo’s own products. The examples below show data search, account intelligence, signal workflows, orchestration, enrichment, and sales coaching. Use them when representing the product experience; do not replace product-interface views with generic dashboard art.
