Data Retention
We retain your account information and the brand profiles, Brand Skills, and assets stored in your account for as long as your account is active. To delete your account and personal workspace, open Account, and select Delete account under Danger zone. If your account owns a team workspace, email support@trybloom.ai for help deleting your account. After deletion, we retain limited account records indefinitely for security and fraud and abuse prevention. We also retain billing records and information needed to meet legal obligations.
Your Rights
You have the right to:
- Access the personal data we hold about you
- Request correction of inaccurate data
- Request deletion of your data
- Export your data in a portable format
- Opt out of marketing communications
