Samsung’s voice
Write with confident optimism, directness, and a human focus. Lead with the experience or benefit, then explain how technology helps. Prefer short, memorable headlines and plain, useful supporting copy.
Samsung’s own phrasing includes “Life opens up with Galaxy,” “Changes start from small steps,” “Creating Better Pathways for All,” and “We got you.” Use similarly warm, concise language without overstating product benefits.

- “Changes start from small steps”
- “Creating Better Pathways for All”
- “We got you”
Dos and don’ts

- Do represent people and accessibility with care, recognizing diverse needs and perspectives.
- Do make product, performance, and environmental claims accurate and supportable.
Don’t
- Don’t substitute campaign artwork, product shots, social imagery, or app icons for Samsung’s own identity marks.
- Don’t use exaggerated or misleading claims about a product’s quality, features, or specifications.
- Don’t present a feature or environmental benefit as universal when it depends on a product, region, or usage conditions.
