Heights’s voice
Write with confident scientific clarity and human warmth. Make evidence accessible, connect health support to everyday life, and keep the tone optimistic without sounding like a miracle cure. Light wit is welcome when it makes the brand feel more relatable, not less credible.
- “Science powers your potential”
- “It’s science you can feel — and the standard the industry should have held all along”
- “Two friends. A shared goal to get back to living”
- “No 4am starts or green sludge necessary”
Dos and don’ts
Do
- Lead with clear, everyday benefits, then make the scientific basis understandable.
- Describe formulas as evidence-led and thoughtfully designed; connect technical details to real routines.
- Keep the tone bright, helpful, and human. Use conversational phrasing and occasional restrained humor.
- Make health and performance language measured, specific, and grounded in substantiation for the relevant product.
- Set the wordmark and headings in Heights Blue on Warm off-white, with Tangerine as the accent.
Don’t
- Don’t use exaggerated promises or imply that a supplement diagnoses, treats, cures, or prevents disease.
- Don’t present a product’s result, timeframe, ingredient, or study claim as universal across Heights products. Keep claims specific to the relevant formula and support them with appropriate evidence.
- Don’t make the brand sound clinical, intimidating, or dismissive of everyday experience.
- Don’t use empty superlatives in place of useful detail about the formula, evidence, or customer benefit.
More from the Brand Skill
Science and claims
Position Heights as science-led: the brand emphasizes researched ingredients, expert formulation, independent testing, delayed-release capsule technology, and clinical evidence. Explain technical points in plain language and connect them to a practical benefit.
Keep any quantitative study result, ingredient benefit, certification, or product-performance statement specific to its product and supporting context. Do not generalize a product’s evidence or claims across the range. Treat testimonial outcomes as individual experiences, not guaranteed results.
Use regulated health claims accurately and do not turn support language into disease-treatment promises. Safety and disclaimer wording belongs to the relevant market and product context; reproduce applicable approved wording when required.
Brand and campaign imagery
Use Heights’ own visual material to guide future work across its identity, website campaigns, backgrounds, and branded storytelling. Aim for a mix of considered art direction, open space, and a bright, natural wellness mood.
People and expertise imagery
Show real people in a warm, confident, everyday context. Heights features founders, customers, and scientific advisors; keep portraits natural and credible, and present expert imagery with the relevant expert-led science content.
Science and ingredient imagery
Use clear, approachable visuals to explain research, ingredients, formulation, and capsule technology. Favor visual evidence that helps a reader understand what is inside and how the formula is designed to work.
Product and interface imagery
Keep Heights product imagery clear, polished, and easy to identify. Product pages and shop cards pair pack shots with supporting ingredient, benefit, and usage visuals. Preserve Heights’ own product-interface screenshots and product-experience imagery when designing or extending its digital experience.
