About Ghia
Ghia is a spirits-free apéritif and spritz brand inspired by Mediterranean aperitivo: bright, botanical drinks made for savoring and sharing. Its identity pairs distinctive product packaging and expressive illustration with a playful, polished voice that celebrates good company, flavor, and the ritual of a drink without alcohol.
Ghia logo
- Wordmark · SVGDownload Ghia script wordmark in burgundy
Use Ghia’s script wordmark as the main logo, in burgundy on cream and other light backgrounds. The triangle badge, the wordmark in cream on a burgundy triangle, is the compact mark. Preserve the original artwork and proportions; don’t redraw, distort or replace it with styled text, and leave enough space around it to stay distinct from product photography and banners.

Ghia’s voice
Write with warmth, confidence, and a knowing wink. Ghia sounds sociable and inviting, never clinical or preachy. Let the drink’s bitterness, citrus, florals, spice, and bubbles do the descriptive work; pair sensory detail with the relaxed pleasure of a shared ritual. Keep the language polished but conversational, and use wordplay sparingly for a playful lift.
Use short, vivid lines and an occasional unexpected turn of phrase.
Describe the experience as a good time with clarity and presence: keep the aperitivo ritual, leave the alcohol behind. Ghia’s founder story draws on Mediterranean summers, togetherness, simple pleasures, and memorable evenings.
Use accurate, product-specific language for alcohol, ingredients, sugar, servings, and pack contents. Do not turn product descriptions into medical or therapeutic promises.
- “All of the spirit, none of the booze”
- “The glass in your hand, the bitter first sip, the feeling of the day letting go”
- “Crack it open, turn on the music, taste the bite, enjoy the night”
- “Vibrant, fresh, and satisfyingly bitter. Just add bubbles”
- “We’re booze free, but our emails are intoxicating”
Dos and don’ts
Do
- Use the burgundy script wordmark, the core burgundy, cream and pink palette, and the brand typefaces consistently.
- Make the language sensory, sociable, and lightly playful; evoke botanical complexity, bright citrus, a satisfyingly bitter finish, music, and time together.
- Present the drinks as spirits-free while preserving the pleasure and ritual of aperitivo.
- Describe the specific product accurately, using its own approved ingredient, serving, alcohol, and sugar details.
Don’t
- Don’t replace Ghia’s marks with typed approximations or alter their proportions.
- Don’t make the brand feel clinical, generic, or focused on deprivation; center flavor, ritual, and connection instead.
- Don’t describe the drinks as alcoholic or imply that alcohol is needed for an elevated social experience.
- Don’t make unsupported health or therapeutic claims, or apply one product’s nutrition facts to another.
More from the Brand Skill
Website style
Use a light, warm presentation with clear hierarchy. The website pairs a cream ground and burgundy text with pink accents. Buttons are restrained and functional: the primary button uses a pink fill, cream text, a small corner radius, and generous horizontal padding; the secondary button is transparent with a fine burgundy outline. Keep interface elements crisp and uncluttered.
Illustration
Ghia’s illustrations add character and a touch of surreal humor to product education. Use expressive, simple forms with a handcrafted feel, drawing on aperitivo culture, drinks, botanicals, and playful faces. Keep illustration supportive of the product story rather than overly decorative.
Packaging and objects
Ghia’s packaging is bold and flavor-coded, with distinctive bottles, cans, boxes, and considered details. Preserve the actual package design in creative work. Brand objects extend the same playful, design-conscious identity into glassware, gifts, apparel, and everyday accessories.
Product photography
Ghia product photography makes the package the hero. Show bottles and cans clearly, with the label facing forward; pair them with poured drinks, ice, bubbles, citrus, herbs, or a suitable garnish when the scene calls for it. The image range includes clean product views, glossy dark still lifes, flavor assortments, serving moments, and product comparisons.
Use flavor-specific packaging as a useful visual cue, and preserve the package’s actual colors and design. In serving scenes, keep the drink appetizing and social: Ghia appears in glasses with ice, bubbles, fruit, or herbs, often in a relaxed aperitivo or meal setting.
Product information imagery
When product education is needed, retain Ghia’s own product panels and branded explanatory graphics as useful visual assets. These include ingredients, nutrition facts, comparison panels, serving guidance, flavor descriptions, and “when to enjoy” graphics. Keep text and packaging legible; do not invent or alter product facts.
Recipes and editorial imagery
Recipe and editorial imagery extends Ghia’s Mediterranean aperitivo mood into food, drink, and shared moments. Show a finished pour or dish with inviting ingredients and thoughtful styling; use the recipes as a source of visual variety, from bright spritzes to relaxed food pairings.
