Use DoorDash’s red wing-shaped D symbol as the standalone brand mark. Keep its shape and proportions intact and allow clear space. Food, merchant marks and promotional backgrounds support the brand but do not replace its own symbol.

DoorDash’s voice
Write in a direct, useful, upbeat voice. Lead with what the customer can do, and make the benefit easy to grasp. Use everyday language and short, energetic phrasing; balance speed and convenience with warmth and care.
DoorDash connects practical help with a sense of possibility and neighborhood discovery. Use local relevance and human benefit without making every message sound like a hard sell.
- “Your Door to More”
- “Everything you want, exactly when you need it”
- “Your order delivered with care”
- “Save time during those busy weeks with grocery near you delivered to your door”
Dos and don’ts
Do
- Make the benefit clear and immediate, using direct language about what DoorDash helps people do.
- Emphasize the local connection between customers, merchants, and Dashers when the message calls for it.
- Keep claims about speed, fees, savings, and availability appropriately qualified; terms and eligibility can apply.
- Make digital content usable by people of different abilities and follow accessible design practices.
Don’t
- Don’t make offers sound universal when they apply only to eligible orders, select markets, or participating stores.
- Don’t let promotional language obscure practical details such as timing, fees, or conditions.
- Don’t make the voice cold or impersonal when a simple, helpful, human phrasing works.
