Use the Roblox wordmark as the primary identity. Keep its tilted square and letterforms intact, with clear space around the mark. Choose a dark background for the white artwork.
The rounded app tile identifies the application; it does not replace the standalone Roblox wordmark.

Roblox’s voice
Roblox speaks with optimism and an inviting, energetic sense of possibility. It puts play and creativity first, welcoming people to explore, make, and share. When addressing safety or well-being, keep the tone clear, supportive, and honest about the fact that online systems cannot prevent every problem.
Use direct, accessible language and concrete examples. Address readers as people who can participate: discover an experience, build something, learn together, or take a helpful next step.
- “Play, create, have fun”
- “This is where games are discovered, built, and experienced”
- “Create anything you can imagine”
- “We know that no system is perfect”
Dos and don’ts
Do
- Put play, creativity, and shared experiences at the center of brand communication.
- Write with optimism and civility, and treat the community with respect.
- Make safety communication clear and supportive; acknowledge limitations and point families toward useful guidance.
- Use the Roblox wordmark or standalone mark as supplied, choosing the version suited to the placement.
- Keep typography and color choices consistent with the brand and the relevant website theme.
Don’t
- Make Roblox sound like a single game; describe it as a place to discover and play many experiences, and to create them.
- Promise that safety systems prevent every harmful situation.
- Use a cold or scolding tone when discussing families, safety, or well-being; emphasize practical support and constructive conversation.
- Let unnecessary complexity crowd out the central message; Roblox values focus and doing fewer things well.

More from the Brand Skill
Safety and civility
Roblox presents safety as a core part of the platform and describes its work as ongoing. Communicate the goal of a safe, welcoming environment while being candid that systems are not perfect. Use constructive language that supports positive connections, kindness, and respect.
When writing about families and younger users, emphasize age-appropriate experiences, parental visibility and controls, and open conversations about online safety. Keep details about account features and controls accurate to the relevant product and region.
