Use Rippling’s logo, the ripple symbol beside the RIPPLING name, as the default. The standalone symbol is also an established brand mark; use it when a compact mark is more appropriate. Keep both marks distinct and legible, and choose a version suited to the background and available space.

Rippling’s voice
Write with directness and momentum. Lead with the business outcome, then make the value concrete: connected data, automation, speed, visibility, or less manual work. Keep language confident and plainspoken, and use short, memorable statements to frame bigger ideas.
- “We free smart people to work on hard problems”
- “Rippling eliminates the friction from running a business”
- “When everything runs on one system, work moves faster”
Dos and don’ts
Do
- Connect the platform story to practical outcomes such as simpler work, clearer reporting, and automation.
- Write in active, direct language that moves from a customer need to a tangible benefit.
- Use the full logo or the standalone symbol as the brand identifier, according to the space and context.
- Use the signature orange for emphasis and plum and berry for depth in branded visuals.
Don’t
- Don’t describe Rippling as a disconnected bundle of tools; emphasize the shared platform and data foundation.
- Don’t rely on vague claims where a specific benefit can be stated.
- Don’t recolor, stretch, or redraw the ripple symbol or the RIPPLING name.
More from the Brand Skill
People imagery
Rippling’s company and team imagery includes portraits against clean, often purple backdrops, as well as candid, approachable employee photography. For people-focused brand storytelling, favor natural expressions and uncluttered compositions that keep attention on the person.
Imagery and backgrounds
Use Rippling’s graphic language of dimensional, polished 3D forms, floating product tiles, abstract symbols, and connected systems. Purple and berry settings create depth; orange highlights add a sharp point of contrast. Use this language for brand-led backgrounds, illustrations, and campaign work.
Product interface
Rippling’s product is a core part of its visual identity. Show the real interface when illustrating product capabilities: legible tables, reports, workflows, employee records, and contextual prompts communicate how the platform works. Favor product views that show data and actions together, while keeping interface details credible and clear.
