Shane O’Connor uses one agent across several brands
Shane O’Connor works across several brands in Claude. Rainbrand keeps each brand’s context ready, so each identity stays distinct from project to project.
Shane O’Connor works across several brands. As a GTM Partner at QC Growth, he helps early-stage developer tools and AI companies build their go-to-market. He also runs his own products and open-source projects, including The GTM Co-Founder.
Much of that work already happens in Claude. Each company has its own voice, visual language, and source material. Shane needed a way for the agent to use the right brand without rebuilding the brief each time.
Rainbrand maintains brand context that Claude can retrieve. Shane can move from client work to his own projects while keeping each identity distinct.
The right brand for each project
For each project, Rainbrand develops brand context from the website, files, and other source material Shane provides. Claude can retrieve the relevant identity, messaging, guidance, and assets in the conversation where he is already working.
When Shane begins a social post, deck, or product video, he does not have to paste the palette, find the logo, and explain the visual direction again. The agent can work from the same brand context used for earlier tasks. Shane can update that context when the brand changes or a new decision needs to carry forward.
Claude remains Shane’s working environment. He sets the direction and approves what ships. Rainbrand supplies the brand layer behind the work.
From Citeplane’s website to finished work
Citeplane, a product Shane is building to help companies understand and improve their visibility in AI search, is a clear example. Rainbrand developed its brand context from the website and source material, including its black-and-white foundation, highlighter yellow, Archivo typography, product assets, messaging, and marked-up report style.
Shane used that context through Claude to make blog and share-card visuals, a nine-slide carousel, a one-page overview, investor-deck direction, and two product videos with voiceover. The same brand informed each format.
“It saves me a lot of time and it looks good and it’s on brand.”
Before Rainbrand, Shane says he would not have tried making this work with AI because the design quality would not have been there. He planned to hire a designer.
He now uses the same setup across his own products, client work, open-source projects, and community campaigns.
