About Honda
Honda is an automotive and mobility brand whose U.S. vehicle work brings together confident engineering, practical utility, and an engaging sense of motion. Its product storytelling balances everyday usefulness with driving enjoyment, from family-ready cabins and efficient hybrids to rugged vehicles built for adventure.

Use the Honda H emblem and wordmark lockup as the main automotive identity. Keep the emblem and lettering intact with clear space around them.
Use the standalone H emblem for compact placements. Preserve its proportions and contrast; keep the automotive identity distinct from motorcycle, product and campaign graphics.

Honda’s voice
Write with confident optimism and an active, forward-moving rhythm. Honda’s voice links the pleasure of driving to tangible benefits, using clear, customer-facing language about capability, comfort, efficiency, and everyday usefulness. For adventure-focused work, sound ready and capable; for family and commuter work, be warm and practical. Keep claims grounded in the specific vehicle or feature being described.
- “City Smart, Adventure-Ready”
- “The Perfect Cabin for Adventure”
- “Hatchback Fun Meets Hybrid Efficiency”
- “Hybrid Power Meets Confident Control”
- “Experience your next adventure in the Pilot TrailSport, a fully equipped SUV that blends rugged capability with refined comfort”
Dos and don’ts
Do
- Pair an emotional driving promise with a specific, useful product benefit.
- Use active, direct language that makes capability feel approachable and practical.
- Keep vehicle descriptions grounded in the shown model, trim, and feature.
- Show Honda vehicles in believable settings that express their use: city streets, open roads, family life, or outdoor adventure.
- Make product details legible, especially cabin technology and useful interior features.
Don’t
- Don’t make a feature or performance claim broader than the specific vehicle or trim supports.
- Don’t make driver-assistance features sound like a substitute for attentive driving; describe them as assistance.
- Don’t let adventure imagery obscure responsible-use context when a scene depicts demanding terrain.
- Don’t overload copy with technical specifications when a clear everyday benefit communicates the point.
Honda imagery
163 images from automobiles.honda.com, in 5 files of the Brand Skill. Each file starts with its guidance, then shows the images it refers to.
Technology and safety imagery
26 imagesPreserve images of Honda’s own product experience: dashboard and instrument displays, infotainment interfaces, connected-service app screens, charging views, and driver-assistance demonstrations. Keep screens readable and connected to their actual in-vehicle context. Pair safety communication with calm, clear depictions of the feature and describe assistance systems as support for the driver.
Product and design-detail imagery
17 imagesUse close views and focused product photography to make Honda’s design, materials, and practical details easy to understand. Exterior details include lighting, wheels, body lines, and accessories; interior views should clarify seating, controls, storage, and cabin materials. Where the trim or accessory is identified, keep the description and image aligned with it.
Interface and shopping imagery
26 imagesKeep Honda’s own vehicle-selection and shopping experience intact when showing it. Vehicle configurations, trim comparisons, touch-screen interfaces, and ownership tools are product experience—not generic decoration. Preserve the interface context when building related creative work.
Vehicle lifestyle imagery
79 imagesHonda vehicle photography is polished, cinematic, and grounded in real use. Show the vehicle clearly within a considered setting; use natural landscapes, city streets, and residential environments to express a particular model’s purpose. Driving scenes can convey motion and confidence, while parked scenes give the design room to read.
Electrification imagery
15 imagesShow Honda hybrids and electric vehicles as confident, usable choices: combine vehicle-in-motion imagery with clear views of charging, connectivity, and everyday ownership. Keep chargers and charging equipment in believable settings, and keep the vehicle itself prominent in lifestyle scenes.
