### Brand data

When you use our service, we collect:

- Prompts, instructions, and other text you submit
- Files you upload, including documents, images, logos, font files, and other brand material
- Brand profiles, Brand Skills, and assets created or stored through Rainbrand
- Your preferences and customizations

- Usage patterns and feature interactions

## How we use your information

We use your information to:

- Provide and improve Rainbrand's services
- Create, maintain, and make brand profiles, Brand Skills, and assets available to the agents, products, and platforms you connect
- Organize brand assets and generate media with selected AI models
- Communicate with you about your account and updates
- Ensure the security and integrity of our platform
- Comply with legal obligations

## Third-party services

We work with trusted third-party services for:

- AI processing for brand analysis, Brand Skills, and image, video, audio, and SVG generation
- Website and social profile content extraction
- Cloud storage and hosting

These services have access only to the data necessary to perform their functions and are obligated to protect your information.

## Data retention

We retain your account information and the brand profiles, Brand Skills, and assets stored in your account for as long as your account is active. To delete your account, including your personal brands and content, open [Account](https://www.rainbrand.com/account?tab=account), and select Delete account under Danger zone. If your account owns a team, email support@rainbrand.com for help deleting your account. After deletion, we retain limited account records indefinitely for security and fraud and abuse prevention. We also retain billing records and information needed to meet legal obligations.

## Your rights

You have the right to:

- Access the personal data we hold about you
- Request correction of inaccurate data
- Request deletion of your data
- Export your data in a portable format
- Opt out of marketing communications

## Security
