Our light roasts need a rest before they taste right. Tell us when yours was roasted.

Why wait? Freshly roasted coffee is full of CO2, and the gas gets in the way of brewing. We roast on Monday, Tuesday and Thursday, so your jar is often still resting when it arrives.
Empty jar?
Bring it back. It wants to be a coffee jar again.
Drop empties at FUKU, Bos en Lommerweg 136, Amsterdam. We wash them, sterilise them and fill them with coffee again.
Open every day: Mon–Fri 8–16, Sat–Sun 9–17. In the Netherlands with more than 12 jars? Ask us for a return label.
