Favor vivid, specific details about Augusta National and its traditions, balanced with direct factual explanation. Use concise, polished language for digital experiences and editorial copy. When describing a moment, connect it to the people, place, or Tournament history that gives it meaning. - “Amidst blooming azaleas, towering pines and flowering dogwoods, the first full week of April ushers in a stage unique to golf and to sport” - “Take a journey down Magnolia Lane or stroll through Amen Corner, and explore the iconic traditions, moments and history of Masters Tournament like never before—past and present” ## Dos and don’ts ### Do - Use Masters Green as the main digital accent, with yellow and red as supporting accents and black and white for contrast. - Use the Masters mark as the identity anchor and keep visual treatments consistent with the mark’s supplied artwork. - Write about the Tournament with precise details, drawing on its course, traditions, history, and competition. - Use specific course and seasonal imagery when it supports the story. ### Don’t - Treat sponsor marks or Augusta National Women’s Amateur identity as Masters logos. - Replace clear factual description with vague promotional language when the story calls for specific information. ## The Masters imagery 191 images from masters.com, in 6 files of the Brand Skill. Each file starts with its guidance, then shows the images it refers to. ### Editorial imagery 14 images Editorial and news imagery pairs Tournament photography with clear, story-led headlines. Use authentic moments from the course and competition, portraits and scenes from Augusta National, and supporting photography that reflects the article or gallery’s subject. - ![A medium shot of a young man with black hair kissing a polished gold trophy with a spiral design atop a square base engraved with "ASIA-PACIFIC AMATEUR…](https://storage.rainbrand.com/storage/v1/object/public/public-assets/brand-guidelines/the-masters/4c23a69c-90af-5573-9b70-d6ce77edf0bf/images/66986e80-2659-437e-9ea6-e09990bde50b.webp) - ![A wide-angle, sun-drenched photograph captures a male golfer from behind at the end of his follow-through on a seaside course.](https://storage.rainbrand.com/storage/v1/object/public/public-assets/brand-guidelines/the-masters/4c23a69c-90af-5573-9b70-d6ce77edf0bf/images/ee23337c-aebd-4867-94d1-50611fdbf621.webp) - ![A smiling Black woman with long braids, identified by a 'PAIGE' name tag, balances a silver tray holding three stemmed glasses of water garnished with lime…](https://storage.rainbrand.com/storage/v1/object/public/public-assets/brand-guidelines/the-masters/4c23a69c-90af-5573-9b70-d6ce77edf0bf/images/210c27b9-c5e3-44cd-aa9d-571fe3af76bd.webp) - ![A long, winding 35mm film strip graphic curves in an 'S' shape, featuring various photographic stills from professional golf history.](https://storage.rainbrand.com/storage/v1/object/public/public-assets/brand-guidelines/the-masters/4c23a69c-90af-5573-9b70-d6ce77edf0bf/images/07f2b2ec-b7c7-4ccf-93f8-29976d1a8bbb.webp) - ![A wide shot of a large, green golf leaderboard topped with a curved white sign reading "MASTERS" in bold green letters.](https://storage.rainbrand.com/storage/v1/object/public/public-assets/brand-guidelines/the-masters/4c23a69c-90af-5573-9b70-d6ce77edf0bf/images/709412bc-189c-4520-bffb-1c2fc34d8275.webp) - ![A triumphant male golfer is seen from behind, arms raised high in a victory V-shape while holding his white glove in one hand.](https://storage.rainbrand.com/storage/v1/object/public/public-assets/brand-guidelines/the-masters/4c23a69c-90af-5573-9b70-d6ce77edf0bf/images/281a5604-6212-4f4a-985e-ff0973fe5bb3.webp) - ![Rory McIlroy is captured mid-swing in a focused close-up, wearing a white Nike hat and a light blue patterned polo.](https://storage.rainbrand.com/storage/v1/object/public/public-assets/brand-guidelines/the-masters/4c23a69c-90af-5573-9b70-d6ce77edf0bf/images/8203a9f4-8757-4c82-a719-80fb7ff7b350.webp) - ![A smiling Rory McIlroy wearing a green Masters jacket holds a silver trophy in this video thumbnail with a dark green textured background.](https://storage.rainbrand.com/storage/v1/object/public/public-assets/brand-guidelines/the-masters/4c23a69c-90af-5573-9b70-d6ce77edf0bf/images/51d043f1-738b-4de4-a84a-ceea2fe1457f.webp) - ![A wide-angle photograph captures a large, green-trimmed leaderboard titled "LEADERS" standing tall against a backdrop of dense, sunlit trees on a golf course.](https://storage.rainbrand.com/storage/v1/object/public/public-assets/brand-guidelines/the-masters/4c23a69c-90af-5573-9b70-d6ce77edf0bf/images/fc7314e0-2990-40f0-b900-e7da3941d389.webp) - ![A man with short curly hair smiles while wearing a dark green blazer with a yellow logo on the chest pocket, holding a silver trophy shaped like a miniature…](https://storage.rainbrand.com/storage/v1/object/public/public-assets/brand-guidelines/the-masters/4c23a69c-90af-5573-9b70-d6ce77edf0bf/images/b703a220-8999-4939-80d5-5eb6e39f5903.webp) - ![A focused man in a blue suit and light pink tie stands prominently at the center of a crowded outdoor event, clutching a folded green jacket.](https://storage.rainbrand.com/storage/v1/object/public/public-assets/brand-guidelines/the-masters/4c23a69c-90af-5573-9b70-d6ce77edf0bf/images/e387ba0a-75d6-4feb-8db2-f5ea15d8a8f8.webp) - ![A male golfer wearing a white cap and light blue polo celebrates a victory by raising his arms and a putter in the air.](https://storage.rainbrand.com/storage/v1/object/public/public-assets/brand-guidelines/the-masters/4c23a69c-90af-5573-9b70-d6ce77edf0bf/images/538c7e43-cddc-4266-9190-c4c98314e7fd.webp) - ![A grainy black-and-white archival photograph features a reporter in a dark suit interviewing a man in a light-colored sweater who stands with arms crossed.](https://storage.rainbrand.com/storage/v1/object/public/public-assets/brand-guidelines/the-masters/4c23a69c-90af-5573-9b70-d6ce77edf0bf/images/a9f211f5-c2b4-42ed-8233-568dcb339dc0.webp) - ![A male golfer is captured in mid-swing, following through with his driver held high above his head as he watches his shot.](https://storage.rainbrand.com/storage/v1/object/public/public-assets/brand-guidelines/the-masters/4c23a69c-90af-5573-9b70-d6ce77edf0bf/images/131b6db4-bef1-4268-8a4e-a4b8fc021ce1.webp) ### Shop imagery 2 images The Masters shop presents the beauty and scenery of Augusta National alongside historical Tournament photography and publications.
