Lead with the audience benefit, then explain the technology in direct, concrete language. Keep claims specific and avoid making technical sophistication feel cold or abstract. When discussing AI, balance ambition with responsibility. Use sentence-case headings and concise, active phrasing. The brand’s voice is captured in lines such as “AI research and products that transform how we interact with technology,” “Our goal is to put state-of-the-art voice AI in the hands of those using it to improve their communities,” and “AI safety is inseparable from innovation.” - “Bringing technology to life” - “AI research and products that transform how we interact with technology” - “We want to make communication and creation seamless” - “Our goal is to put state-of-the-art voice AI in the hands of those using it to improve their communities” - “AI safety is inseparable from innovation” ## Dos and don’ts ### Do - Write the name as one word with a capital E and L: ElevenLabs. Platform names follow the same pattern: ElevenAgents, ElevenCreative and ElevenAPI. - Use black, white, eggshell and warm grays to keep the visual system restrained and high-contrast. - Use Waldenburg for headlines and Inter for body copy and interface text. - Describe capabilities in terms of human outcomes, such as more accessible communication, expressive creation, and useful customer interactions. - Pair innovation with responsible-use language when discussing AI safety. - Use complete, benefit-led sentences in brand copy, for example: “We want to make communication and creation seamless.” ### Don’t - Don’t write the name as “Eleven Labs”, “Elevenlabs”, “elevenlabs” or “ELEVENLABS”. - Don’t recreate the 11 icon with capital I’s or the number 11; use the logo artwork. - Don’t make the visual identity loud or color-heavy; keep the core treatment restrained and neutral. - Don’t make unsupported guarantees about model performance, safety, or commercial rights; qualify claims to the relevant capability or context. - Don’t describe AI as a substitute for human understanding; keep the focus on helpful, expressive experiences and responsible use. - Don’t rely on abstract technical language when a plain explanation of the user benefit is available. ## More from the Brand Skill ### Imagery brand identity Use the brand’s own marks as identity material: the ElevenLabs logo and the 11 icon. ### Imagery creative campaigns Use creative imagery that makes audio, voice, and music feel expressive and tangible.
