Explain complex work in direct, accessible language; ground claims in evidence and distinguish measured findings from uncertainty. Describe both AI’s promise and its risks without hype or alarmism. Make the main point easy to find. - Communicate both the benefits of AI and the work required to manage its risks. - Use evidence-led claims, and be candid about uncertainty and limitations. - Write with directness and care. Treat readers as thoughtful people, not as targets for hype or persuasion. ### Don’t - Don’t present safety as separate from the work of building and deploying AI. - Don’t overstate what a model, research result, or safeguard proves. - Don’t use fear-driven or triumphalist language in place of measured explanation. - Don’t make technical or research content harder to follow with needless verbosity or jargon. ## More from the Brand Skill ### Imagery Anthropic’s imagery spans people at work, research and product illustrations, editorial artwork, and data visualizations.
